Riley is home!

We just got home!

Riley is exhausted and happy to be sleeping in his own crib. Need to go to the pharmacy to get his meds, he will continue to be on lasix, aspirin and amoxocillin and will now be taking captopril three times per day. We will see the cardiologist next week for a follow up, echocardiogram and chest x-ray. The x-ray should give the doctors a good sense how the fluid situation is evolving. He will be on the low-fat diet for another five weeks, which means no breast milk, no cheese, etc. He is adapting to the skim milk and yogurt.
